The thing we ran into was more of "we have no idea so tell us everything
that could go wrong." In this case, we had to guess how much work there
would be and how many items (always fun). It was pricey, but I have to say
it's been worth it. In this case, it's a public utility, and there'd be much
to lose if it didn't work!

Heh. I'm a network guy, and do I feel like an idiot checking out this stuff.
I rest at night knowing that all the hardships we've endured over the last
several months, and all of the interesting things I've learned will mean
absolutely nothing in about 100 days.

No, no. Me neither. Just some extra stuff so I won't have to deal with any
idiots who decide to freak out. Maybe get ahead on prescriptions, but other
than that, no big deal. Here again, I'd never thought about a "disaster
plan" much before. Just last Sunday though some folks locally got hit with a
hell of a storm, and we've had the odd local flooding here in the past. A
little extra on hand is plenty. Just thinking about it solved the problem.

Oh yesss!
