How is a command-line more "native" to the inner workings of a computer?
When I'm just trying to move a file from A to B, I don't seriously expect
any sort of intellectual experience. And as much as I love Linux, I'd be
fooling myself to think the computer gives a damn whether I type "grep" or
click a mouse.
I suppose to get really close to the beast, I could interface that old AIM
board I've got standing in the corner and do it all in machine language but
...
