These are precisely the two articles.
That the FTP.uni-paderborn.de site had been down must have been a rare
hazard: they usually are quite well accessible (it's my first source
when I look for some software, they have not only a SimTel mirror but
some huge other archives there - especially on UNIX/LINUX/PERL stuff,
DOS, Amiga and lots of Atary too; that was quite a large 'puter
community in Germany, still a lot around these days). Try agan?
