I just dissasembled my PS/2 model 60. In it I found a network card, It has
a BNC connector and a 15 pin female port. What's the port for?
I tried to search on the FCC site, but nether of the numbers:
735-172-001 (rev C)
738-154-001 (rev F)
810-154-001 (rev H)
814-309
814-305
(There's more of these 814- codes but not as easy to read)
016-312-001B
00001B64CA32
Neither of these gave me anything. The card is from 1988 and copyrighted
Novell Inc (I tried to search their pages but it's way too big).
There's a set of 8 jumpers put together on it. I assume this is for some
autodetect or simular thing since my Pentium m/b has such a thing that
specifies that it should id the CPU itself. Of course I can be wrong here.
Another and more interesting card was a "KTM-609/16 PLUS II" from Kingston,
but I managed to locate info on that one on Kingstons homepage.
Now what do I use a 386SX-25 with (currently, the Kingston card and memmory
is removed) 1 MB for?
The two (gigantic) HDDs of 44 and 85MB might come in handy some way.
Speaking of that how do I make my 85MB actually 85MB? Currently it's only 65MB.
