Sounds like one of Novell's NE cards. If it was in a Micro-Channel
Architecture machine (i.e. it's not an ISA card), it's probably be the NE2.
I believe the cards were made by Eagle Technologies, but Novell might have
made some. It's a MCA-based version of the NE2000, which is a very popular
card. It should do all the usual autoconfiguration etc. for MCA devices.
The 15-pin port is an AUI connector, where an external transceiver
(originally intended for DIX/Thick Ethernet) would connect. I think I can
get you more information on the card, maybe including configuration info,
tomorrow if you'd like.
