Hello Karen:

I have my Bobcat version 8 beta set up the same way you do. Got it also
from John Lewis at the VE3LGS home page. Had the system running fine,
and then later on I ran into some kind of script problem. I studied the
sample file NETDIAL.STD and made some minor changes in NETDIAL.SCR in
accordance with some notes appearing at the bottom of NETDIAL.STD. Also
I changed the 6000 number to 60000. (I think the 6000 number might be
a typo, and should have had an extra zero, but don't know. Anyway,
one of the things I did was change the 6000 to 60000 and now it works.)
As I recall, I made another minor change also. The notes do explain that
you have some room for experimentation here. I would suggest that you
try modifying your NETDIAL.SCR. Make sure that there is a "#" symbol
preceding each line of explanatory text.

Good luck to you!
