[SURVPC] Can you write CD's in DOS?

If you were to buy a CD-writer, Panasonic, Sony or some other brand,
as I'm considering; would you then be able to use this equipment
with a DOS/Win 3.1-setup on a P133, or is there only
Win 95/98/Linux-drivers and software available?
