Many people used the phonelines at that time, and then it slows down (the
connection is a "Virtual Circuit" but it probably didn't go a very direct
way). I notice the same thing every time one of the TV-channels here show
ice hockey since they want people to call in and vote for the best player.
I thought that since so many watched the games it would be a little faster
to use the Net - boy was I wrong!
