Indeed, Ranish is the author - sorry to not have mentioned an URL but
I had it from somewhere via-via-via and had no patience to
reconstruct the way there.
I read the docs attentively ('cause just want to install a Linux/DOS
boot on one HD) and did not see the reference to run it in BIOS/TTY.
Maybe I got an earlier version ? It says there that minimum required
is VGA.
