I don't remember - but IIRC I have it on my "portabel HD" now.
I haven't had time to test ifconfig yet (nor the NIC with a DOS boot
floppy), but I'll get back to you. (Hopefully reporting success).

Interesting, If I can't get it to work with the new version I'll borrow 3.x
(I can't remember which number) from a friend again and see how that goes.
