Mine wore out, so they sent me a replacement. They originally suggested I
mail it in, but I said I'd have no mouse then at all (didn't at that time),
so they suggested that to speed up replacement, if I gave them a credit
card number, then they'd start shipping right away, and I could then ship
my old one in right away, and it'd all be done in about a week.
I said I didn't have a credit card.
They called back and said, "Don't worry about it, we'll just send out a new
one, and you can 'throw out' the old one yourself." Now I have two. A
good one, and one with a sticky left button ~grin~
Ya gotta love good customer service, huh? software upgrades free upon
entering the serial number on the back of the device. Same goes for the
lifetime warranty.
I also have a cirque keyboard with the pad built in, but it's a older pad
with much less feature, no extra features, really, and I miss having the
features, so I don't use that keyboard as my main board.

Come to think of it, there are already a million
monkeys on a million typewriters, and Usenet is
still nothing like Shakespeare.
