As an aside, Explorer usually restarts itself (or is restarted, probably by
Msgsrv32) if killed.  However, sometimes it can be left unloaded - quickest
way is to do Start->Shutdown, and then Ctrl-Shift while clicking on the 'No'
or 'Cancel' button.  Clicking on 'Yes' or 'OK' with Ctrl-Shift will restart
Windows instead of the PC when the 'Restart the computer' option is
selected.
