Eko,

Breaks are hydrolic. While it is true that Anti-lock breaks do use
sensors and will fight back if they think the wheels are locking up, it
is usually still possible to over ride them by stomping harder with your
foot :-)

We don't have any totally "fly by wire" break systems yet, to my
knowledge. I do believe the new Corvette uses a fly by wire throttle,
However.

In other words, in most cases you are still connected to your car with
more than just electrons.

On a side note: I had the pleasure of someone letting the air out of
all 4 of my tires last night at work. I walked out of work, opened my
truck door, and Thought, "Why is my truck so low?" I then saw 1 flat
tire, 2 flat tires, and wondered what I had run over. Then I saw thy
were ALL flat. I realized that someone had deliberatley done this.
They took out the valve stem cores out of my valve stems!! I had to
call a tow truck to come and install new ones and air up my tires. They
spit on my truck too. I don't have a clue, beyond wild guesses, who
would do such a thing.
