well, for the record, we did have that happen in town about two years ago,
a man and his son powered to death in the river when his van's computer
system went into failure.  Vroooom, flight, and boom.  Took awhile to
figure why he stomped on the gas while approaching the 3way intersection at
the river and drove into the water, but autopsies on van and human finally
revealed electronic error.  I wasn't just assuming.
