No.  You have to run the DOS program named "DEBUG", and type
that stuff in line-by-line.  These lines take care of saving
the tiny program to disk:

> -n set9600.com    (Use the filename "set9600.com")
> -r cx             (read the data in RAM pointed to by CX registers)
> CX 0000:0041
> -w                (write the data to the file)
> Writing 00041 bytes
> -q                (quit the debug program)

Note well: the DUBUG program is the most dangerous program on
anyone's computer, because it is the most powerful and efficient.
You literally can do ANYTHING from inside debug - so it is
extremely important to follow the author's instructions EXACTLY
when typing these things in.  (A mistake could be disasterous...)
