True (except that I'm not sure if it's 9600 baud), but you never specify
the baud speed of the modem and that's the error we so often see. In the
"good old days" many US papers specified the baud speed instead of the bps
speed which wasn't of any interest - and it's from this weird view that
the problems in naming cnvention come.
