I am much happier with win98 than I was with win95 and the SE is more
stable, but you DO have to have more RAM and a faster processor, it will
slow you down.  So if your machine is over 200MHz and 40MB RAM or more,
then yes, it's a good idea (oh, HDD space too, need about 200MB more or so)
but if not, you are better seeking another solution to your USB problems.
