Hello,
Does anybody know why a surface scan would take 9 hours? I have a
Seagate st410800wd, that is taking that long. I am using Norton Disk
Doctor, as I have one time before. I don't recall how long it took,
because I think most of it ran while I was in bed. This time, I did the
same thing, but when I woke up it is still going, and now it is going on
9 hours, with 7% left still to scan!!!
This is under Win98, with a Qlogic SCSI card, and I don't boot from it.
