Yes, you can upgrade Win 3.1 to Win 3.11
without blowing away the drive -- and in fact
you won't even have to reinstall any of your
software. The only thing 3.11 adds (apart
from some minor tweaks) is the networking
layer.
Should be a piece of cake.
If you're going to upgrade your DOS as well,
do that first. If you don't have the actual setup
disk for DOS 6.22, you can still install it
manually (several of us can help with that).
It may not fix your mouse problem, though.
That has to do with the mouse driver you're
using.
What level of detail do you need by way
of instruction?
