In that case, just power it up. Mess around with it, and then take it
apart for a full cleaning, if it isn't clean enough for you. Sometimes
used computers look like they had a vacuum cleaner bag emptied inside
them, other times they hardly have any dust inside.
I still might pop the cover off the monitor before using it. I wouldn't
worry too much about it.
