They've got to be stupid if they can't remove a simple
virus...go to http://jason-n3xt.org/dos with a clean
system...download TechW0rm (bootdisk) --- then
AV-W0rm, install them both to separate disks, boot
from techw0rm, choose Disk2 Startup and pop the other
in when asked.
