you got that right.  I was a Mac person.  I am again.  When i get this thing
back Linux/beos is going on it.  I just used W95 on it for 'the better half'
and her job.

I could not believe that WITH NAV i could/would get infected by an OLD
virus.  Macaffee....here i come.

yup, this is what i thought. No matter how corrupted the hd, he should be
albe to get the email messages, and text files that i need. Everything else
can be replaced.

I got my own scanner now, plus cd burner, so ....

i was looking at these today.

The mid or full tower dual processor/dual head machines.....and the
prices!!! oh. my.

Thanks for all your input and suggestions. I will certainly pass on all your
