These cards are really simple to build, before spend 50$ ask to friend a
schematic.
These cards have only to "latch" the hexdecimal value write in I/O port at
0x0080.

3 codes usually means powerup the solder, since processor is a pentium
motherboard can be build using SMD technology. If so, it is really hard to
repair at home.
