Dear Edwin,

Well, according to my Pocket PCRef, this could indicate any of the
following problems.  You'll need to open the case, and check to see who
the manufacturer of that particular BIOS is.

AMI [American Megatrends Inc]
3 beeps -> Base 64KB or CMOS RAM failled

Mylex or Eurosoft BIOS
3 beeps -> Keyboard controller failure

Quadtel
1 long, 2 short -> Video failure or corrupt peripheral ROM

Tandom
short-short-short  -> BIOS RAM checksum failure
