I found an interesting tool for Windows maintenance.
Trialware is 30 days & shareware is $14.95.
Might be of use for some Windows users.

Tweaking Toolbox for Windows (TTW) is a utility that helps you to customise
your Windows 95/98 and Windows NT (4.0 and higher) interface, by configuring
and personalising its look and feel. The easy to use interface lets you
configure dozens of hidden Windows settings from the Start Menu, Desktop,
Control Panel, MS-DOS prompt, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and many
more. For a complete overview, see the chapter Functions.
Prior to TTW, the only way to change these Windows settings was to manually
edit the registry. This is not only a time-consuming task but also a very
risky endeavour for the untrained novice.
TTW is the only 100% foolproof method to change these settings. It's fast,
it's easy to use, it's incredibly efficient and highly cost effective. TTW
works for all versions of Windows 95 / 98, Windows NT 4.0 and higher, as
well as every language version.
