Are we to make open wounds illegal? They are already illegal in the public swimming pools, no matter how small the wound. Also they are illegal in the kitchens of restaurants if the wound is on the hand. Sometimes bandages are deemed acceptable for wear in a kitchen. Depends on the worker's job duties. People with open wounds are banned also in other places where one might pose a risk to the public health.
