Liked the discusion on this topic. Being windows free I was not endangered. Both DrDos as my SuSe and Basic -linux keep me from being scared from most of the attacks. But I think that we will have to make people aware of the real problem of all attacks with worms and viri which got to the papers. We should stop calling them worms and virus but instead start using the term Windows worm or Windows virus. If I talk to computer users they do not seem to know that there are systems which are not affected by most of these attacks. I think that we as users aware of the real culprit should never use the terms worm and or virus without "Windows" My two cents.
