I ran Netscape 4.77 on my P166 with with 64mg ram and don't
recall anything quite like that. Maybe I'm not testing the
right pages. I'll keep using both (Netscape 4.3 from Slack
7.1 and Opera) on my test box and see what happens.

Perhaps, but aren't we getting a bit ahead of ourselves? Isn't
this something that people can play around with after they have
installed BL?
