No, I was referring to your ability to alienate me.

The only way to clarify this problem is to determine
*exactly* which method of authentication the offending
ISP uses.  PAP, CHAP, whatever.  Note: I think there
is a variant of PAP (?) provided by MicroSoft that is
somewhat different from the standard.

Although the URL of the zip file will change as the version
numbers increase, the URL of the homepage will not.  To avoid
looking like a sloppy webmaster, just link to the homepage.
