I see the cs4321 is listed under Linux/sparc audio subsystem (experimental).
If you have access to either a CS4280, 4281, or possibly an Esoniq 1370,
they may work.  I would recommend compiling those into the kernel.
Also, check out the sound section of the kernel config and see if any thing
you have access to will compile.  Stay away from the oss drivers though.

The sound device is the CS4321, standard on-board audio chipset.  I
don't think anyone has successfully gotten it to work, although the
kernel will compile without a hitch when it is chosen specifically.
Nothing but hiss ... same on my ultra 5 as well with a similar
chipset...
