No. You are wrong. You re-license the whole package using a single license (GPL-2 license). You cannot say s2disk is GPL-2, but md5 is X, but I've released s2disk as GPL-2 anyway. If you use incompatible/conflicting licenses for dependencies -- you just cannot use them. While the copyright of individuals stays in effect. But I don't care... This is your project.
