Plug-in size is a bunch of smoke. The expat libraries used
by many is pretty dam small, A couple of arrayed structure maps is
tiny too to map one syntac to the other. In this day of multi meg downloads,
adding SVG support to ASV does not even if done well add so much as a meg

I will say though that marketing wise their movements make sense. Lots 
of hype for few bucks
and a good look when they "give in".
