- move struct state_event to timer.h
drop .ev_next and .ev_name
- replace delete_pluto_event() with delete_state_event()
make static to timer.c
- rename state_event() to state_event_slot()
- rename ev_before() to state_event_before()
move to timer.c
suspect it is broken?!?
Mumble something about renaming timer.[hc] to state_event?
