    Invert iptfs-dont-frag=yes to iptfs-fragmentation=no
    By default, expect iptfs: fragmentation: yes

    iptfs: rename iptfs-no-frag=... option to -> iptfs-fragmentation=...
    
    Don't expose Linux kernel's negative flag to the user.
    Also fix whack, --iptfs-dont-frag was setting .iptfs
    regardless of iptfs= default to true
