connections: when loading, set the selector to the addresspool
So that the connection's proposed selectors are valid.
In <<ipsec connectionstatus>> when displaying an addresspool
wrap it in {}. For instance:
==={192.1.2.10-192.1.2.20}
(previously it wasn't included in the topology line)

connections: in connection_priority() ignore selectors that aren't CIDR
For instance IPv4 address pools specified using a range.
-> perhaps the priority needs a re-think
