I'm doing my first listing, and halfway through ReelDVD (a product that always gets over $300 on ebay) I realized that someone could just claim they didn't get it and keep the product. What is the "best practice" against this sort of thing? Registered mail (or some other delivery type that requires a signature)? If so, which one is best?

Or is escrow the answer?

Sorry for all the questions, but after collecting software for two decades I am not exactly up on how to let go of it ;)
