There is a potential problem with search engine indexing. My 
understanding is that Google's spider has Javascript enabled, so it may 
not index noscript content. I'm not certain of this. Perhaps someone 
else can clarify.

In any case, Google may be able to index your swf. If the majority of 
your swf is being read correctly, your solution would work even if 
Google doesn't see the noscript content.
