I've had a chance to test Mike's noscript variation on Flash Player 10
with Mac OS 10.5.8: Safari 4.0.3 & Firefox 3.5.3, Windows XP: IE
8.0.6, Firefox 3.0.3, Chrome 3.0.195, and Flash Player 8 with Windows
98: IE 6.0.

It's working great on all of these OS/browser combinations. I think
this variation should be included in swfobject. It truly prevents the
alternate content from loading, whereas alt content does load with
swfobject 2.2 dynamic publishing.
