Chris No disrespect, but this really isn't the right place to ask for that kind of advice. This Google Group is specific to SWFObject... SWFObject's sole purpose in life is to embed a SWF into an HTML page. Your question has very little bearing on SWFObject.
If you need help finding a Flash 6-compatible video system, I suggest you check Flash-specific forums such as http://kirupa.com or http://actionscript.org where you're more likely to get the feedback you're looking for.
