@Geoff - automatic in the sense of legal attributing only, yes? It looks
like in the MIT license link, that there should be a copyright line with
authors and dates in there... In the 2.2 code (compressed or uncompressed,
there is only the license type, not copyright info)

I am not an expert in this what so ever though, so I could be
misinterpreting.
