When you deeply think, it's quite funny. Everybody buys fiber from G&C and 2-3 other companies. In case of physical cut it would be interesting to see how many people get hurt and it would be even more interesting when we know how used are technologies such as C/D-WDM. I mean, you can have 5 upstreams in your IX, at the end the duct in the road is likely to be the same place.
