I'm not opposed to Delaware having it's own NPR style public radio network...but Delaware fits so snugly into other regional niches...Delmarva, the Delaware Valley and has been served as part of those designations...Growing up in Broomall, PA (in Delaware County, no less) we were certainly aware that Wilmington was close by and was included in Philly area news coverage.
I guess this is part of the ongoing nichification of media...if that's a word.
