This is not an issue with Delaware's commercial stations - as we know
from Allan Loudell - but there is no NPR-based station that features
Delaware stories prominently.  The nearest NPR-affiliated stations are
Baltimore, Salisbury (MD), and Philadelphia...and that's their
point...
