WSCL, 89.5 has their transmitter on a 600 foot tower in Seaford.  They lease 
space from WHYY which has a relay transmitting from that same tower. Morning 
Edition and All Things Considered were regular Monday thru Friday from 6 AM to 
9 AM and 4 PM to 6 PM while I lived near there from 1995 to 2008.  Next time 
you are there, try wiggling the cats whisker to improve reception.
