I'd emphasize more that the screen heights should be adjustable. I
recently after moving houses had quite severe neck and shoulder pains.
It took me longer than I liked to realise the cause of this, and then
spent a week or so experimenting with differing monitor heights. I've
got a Dell 24" with adjustable height. Unfortunately, I found the
problem was the lowest setting on the Dell was too high, I countered
this by putting the stand on a shelf underneath the desk (this shelf
is like a keyboard tray on the front, but fixed and towards the rear
of the desk but still underneath it). I found that the greater
distance from the screen, and the screen being lower has greatly
alleviated the pain, and reduced eye strain that I hadn't realised was
there. Currently the top bevel of the monitor is in line with my eyes
and almost a metre away.

Next time I rearrange my bedroom/office I'll likely get one of those
adjustable vesa wall mounts - pricey, but worth it.
