It's pretty likely it's the exceptions (they interrupt not only the given
line in a test, but also all remaining tests in that function are not run).
Most of the exceptions look trivial to fix. I'm more interested about why
you have the AssertionErrors.
How did you get around the mpmath problem?
By the way, have you looked at the doctests yet, to see if 2to3 is doing
the right thing there like it supposedly does?
