Yup. For this particular release, you can change some of the lines manually if we don't manage to do it, but yeah, fixing the shebang lines would be a good idea.

Unfortunately, I don't think I feel up to writing a shebang fixer myself (and it's not really something I have time to look into now), but I could write a separate function/script when I refactor use2to3 to do just that, shouldn't be too hard. Lets continue on 2673 if there's a need to.
