I'm still not sold on doing it for Desktop, but that's a better summary of my root concern -- it's not a critical must-have, so let's drop it from the MVP (or more specifically, make it Android-only). A separate discussion about how/if to promote Sync and Fennec and Metro via Desktop is a fine thing to do at some point.
