The existing GUI is, naturally, based on the native N900 UI, Hildon.
(And Hildon is basically a hacked-up GTK.)

Not sure why you'd say "or", though, since being based on GTK and
porting isn't mutually exclusive. Someone'll probably build GTK for
Harmattan. And the GUI could also be ported to Qt.

I wonder, though. If I were to port my GUI to Qt, should I put it on
Ovi? And if so, should I charge for it (though still let it be open
source and thus possible to get for free if you want)? I could probably
use the money...
