The machine you have was a great machine, is still a useful machine, but (and this is where the relevance to the System6 list comes in :-) is now just a OLD, SLOW, computer!!!! It's not even very stylish!
Now I can't argue with the price :-) but if this is not your only computer, then the moment it won't do what you need - it's junk.
On the other hand, the IIci is soooo old that it can run OS 6 at speeds that will allow you to smile. In other words, don't give up on it :-)
For this reason, I have a G4 PowerBook running OS X, and I'm working at keeping only the OS 6 capable ones in my collection.
Don't spend a lot upgrading! Remember a Mac Mini only costs $500!
